March 2011 Desktop Calendar

First, allow me to thank you so much for all your good wishes for our family. My husband is doing much better after his surgery and subsequent stroke, and we are very grateful for your support, good wishes, and prayers.
I can't believe how incredibly busy we've all been since this happened, and I've had to let some things go by the wayside. (Insert any and all household tasks like cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Not that any of those held a position of great import in my life before this, but at least now I have an excuse to let them go undone!) But the one thing I'm not willing to cut out is my desktop calendar. So here ya go. Especially for my nephew Aron, who's so proud of his Irish heritage. Sláinte!
Click on it to expand the image to full size, right-click and choose Set as Wallpaper or Background. To really jazz up your desktop, right-click on your background and choose a color that coordinates with the calendar.

This would make an awesome quilt.

Thank you both! If you've got EQ7, Cynthia, I'd be happy to send you the project file so you could print out templates or foundation piecing patterns in any size you'd like!

Diane, I love your calander quilts! They are absolutely wonderful! I was wondering though is there anyway to get this specific pattern somewhere. I do not have EQ7 and unfortunatly can't invest in it just yet, although I am hoping to in the near future. I didn't know if maybe you know of somewhere in a book or online in an adobe file I might be able to find this pattern. Thank you for your help!

Hi Stephanie - No, it's not available anywhere but here! Since you don't have EQ I'd be happy to print the templates and rotary cutting info in a pdf and email it to you. The quilt is only about 28" square, so it'd make a small wallhanging.
Email me if you'd like the pattern:
